Julee Kingsley, D.D.S.
Dr. Kingsley is a native to Elgin, graduating from Elgin-Millville High School in 1999. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and Chemistry from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She graduated from the University of Minnesota school of Dentistry in 2008. After practicing for 3 years as an associate in Rochester, she realized the small town setting of Elgin was where her heart was at. Dr. Kingsley opened Elgin Family Dentistry in 2011 and has thrived on getting to know the community she serves on a personal level, along with the joys of watching those families grow.

Dr. Kingsley enjoys treating patients of all ages and is known among her patients for creating a calming, educational, and enjoyable experience. Parents are often amazed at how cooperative their children are when she has them in her dental chair because she helps to lessen their anxiety by making their dental visit fun, safe, and interactive. She is passionate about preventative dentistry, which has created an office environment that fosters education on proper home care, dental health, as well as preventive treatments. She feels strongly that with these resources people should be able to keep their smiles for a lifetime! Around the office Dr. Kingsley is known for being an encouraging, generous, and supportive leader to her Team. Her leadership and warming personality has created a family-like relationship between staff and that same relationship extends to her patients.
Dr. Kingsley has been married to her husband, Dan, for 12 years. They have two children, Liam (6) and Shea (5). Outside the office she enjoys camping, fishing, sewing, cooking, working on household “fix it” projects, and she secretly has a crush on Brett Eldridge. Julee is active within the community, supporting local theater, PEM Booster Clubs, and volunteering at local schools.
Andrea Peters, D.D.S.
Dr. Peters graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in psychology before continuing her studies at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She practiced in St. Charles for four years before joining Dr. Kingsley at Elgin Family Dentistry.

Dr. Peters always knew she wanted a career in healthcare. She chose dentistry because she loved the idea of helping people maintain and improve their smiles. She also loves seeing families and patients of all ages. Dentistry offers the opportunity for Dr. Peters to treat people over their lifetime, developing trusting relationships. At the office, she enjoys keeping things light and making other members of the Elgin Family Dentistry team laugh.
Dr. Peters is married to Jake―a dentist who practices in Rochester. They have a daughter, Vivian (7), and four-year-old son, George. In her time away from the practice, she enjoys traveling and creating travel guides for Wildbum.com, following the University of North Dakota hockey team, watching The Bachelor and other reality TV shows, drinking wine on the patio, and spending time with friends and family.
