Payment Policy

Payment is due on the date of service unless previous arrangements have been made. Helping to make your dental care financially comfortable and affordable is important, and we proudly offer a variety of options:

• Cash or personal checks
• Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover)
• Care Credit- 6 or 12 month, no interest payment plans

Dental Insurance

If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will file your insurance claim forms for you. You will be responsible for your co-payment when treatment begins. We will contact your insurance company and will do our best to obtain the most accurate estimate.

**Optimal, comprehensive dentistry is what we practice, and we do not base our treatment on what insurance will or will not pay. We base our treatment on what is best for you, and any treatment not paid by insurance is your financial responsibility.
